Join us for a FREE beginner-friendly restorative yoga class set to the smooth sounds of R&B and similar music at Grass Roots Kava Ybor. This soulful session includes gentle movement, guided meditation, and a calming sound bath, perfect for easing stress and recharging your energy.

We'll close with a mindful tasting of Grass Roots Kava beverages, Taste and then purchase your favorite to enjoy after class to keep the vibe going. 🌿✨
